Sidekick Return Policy
Effective Date: January 14, 2026
1. Return Policy Summary
Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of shipment. If you have tried out the Sidekick and it is not for you, just send back your entire system, even if you have used it. We ask that items be sent back in their original packaging.
2. Return Window
Dephy accepts returns from the original purchaser for a full refund if received within 30 days after the date of original Product shipment.
3. Return Condition
To be eligible: hardware components must be in like-new condition (Left and Right Sidekick with shlevers, calf straps, shin pads; Pair of Dephy Shoes; Two Batteries; Charger; Carrying Case). Serial numbers must match. The Sidekick must not have been altered, modified, or tampered with. We request original packaging be used.
4. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact Dephy's Customer Experience Team at support@dephy.com.
2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and Product description.
3. Follow instructions provided to return the Product.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Dephy will issue a refund for the Product price and applicable sales tax, excluding shipping fees, to your original payment method via Shopify Payments. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days. If purchased with HSA or FSA funds, the purchaser is responsible for any tax or accounting corrections.
