Sidekick Warranty Policy

    Effective Date: January 14, 2026

    1. Limited Warranty

    1.1 What This Limited Warranty Covers

    Dephy warrants that the Dephy Sidekick product and all included components except for the shoes (including the Sidekick body, shlevers, calf straps, shin pads, batteries, and charger) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of delivery.

    1.2 Warranty Eligibility

    This warranty is available to the original end-user purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the original gift recipient.

    1.3 Warranty Transferability

    This Limited Warranty is non-transferable, except in the case of a gift to the Original Gift Recipient.

    2. What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

    This warranty does not cover: misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, or corrosion; use in violation of the User Manual; improper storage, assembly, or handling; unauthorized alterations or modifications; use of incompatible parts; use in extreme weather; use in competition, research, industrial, or military capacity; purchase from unauthorized resellers. It also does not cover normal wear and tear (including battery capacity reduction) or cosmetic scratches and minor imperfections. Dephy makes no warranty with respect to shoes.

    3. What Will Dephy Do?

    For any breach of this warranty during the Warranty Period, Dephy will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective components without charge, or refund the purchase price. Dephy will cover shipment costs when following provided instructions.

    4. Limitation of Warranties

    There are no express warranties other than this Limited Warranty. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dephy will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.

    Contact Dephy's Customer Experience Team at support@dephy.com or by phone at (617) 302-6070. Provide your model name, order number, date and place of purchase, and description of the defect. A valid proof of purchase is required.
